Quality, Environment, Energy, Health and Safety Policy

Basic principle and commitment of the Administration, but also concern of each employee, is: 

  • to provide customers with creative, innovative and reliable services that fully meet their requirements and expectations, as well as the relevant laws and regulations, if any,
  • health and safety assurance of all those involved in its activities, as well as the protection of the environment, in full compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. 

In this context, an Integrated Management System has been developed and implemented, which fully meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

The company's Management, through regular and extraordinary meetings, identifies and ensures the availability of the resources required for the proper operation of the System and, at the same time, sets measurable, objective goals and the general operation of the company consistent with the Vision, Mission, Values ​​and Quality Policy, Energy & Environmental Management and Health and Safety management of its employees and those working on its behalf, whom it constantly monitors in order to ensure, on the one hand, the adequacy, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the System and, on the other hand, the suitability of this Policy.  

In particular, the company is committed to: 

  • complies with all legal and other requirements relevant to its activities, concerning products, environmental protection, energy management and ensuring the health and safety of its employees, 
  • continuously improves the Unified Management System,
  • defines goals, objectives and programs, which it systematically reviews, seeking continuous and further improvement of its performance in matters of quality, environment, energy management, health and safety 
  • cooperates with bodies responsible for environmental protection, 
  • uses natural resources (raw materials, energy, etc.) in the most efficient and responsible way,
  • prevents environmental pollution from its activities, 
  • has the appropriate means to apply the best available techniques, to the extent possible,
  • ensures that staff are aware of their responsibilities, in accordance with the documented Unified Management System, as well as sensitized to issues of health & safety at work, and Environmental Protection, and energy saving
  • communicates its policy to employees, business partners, the social environment and relevant stakeholders, 
  • ensures the possibility of consultation and participation of employees,
  • Actions are being implemented to eliminate risks and reduce risk.

For the proper functioning of the System, the involvement of all employees and the development of initiatives by all personnel is considered essential. The possibility of staff expression, through the submission of improvement proposals, is institutionalized and is considered particularly important for upgrading the quality of the services provided, but also for strengthening the

spirit of understanding and cooperation. The company's aim is to include all employees in a permanent cycle of continuous improvement, so that they can respond to customer requests in the best possible way. To achieve its goals, the company selects, trains and continuously educates its staff.
